The Denver Tech Center project is set in The Landmark East Tower, a modern condominium complex in a vibrant walkable community. The project consisted of re-designing what the clients call the West Wing of their unit - which functioned as a guest bedroom that was only used a few times a year. Once the pandemic shifted work into the home setting, it became clear that the West Wing needed to be re-imagined into a space that could be more useful to the clients.

They have a proper office off of the Living Room that the husband primarily uses and so the West Wing needed to provide an inspiring work space for the wife. Her post as a top level producer for a respected insurance firm meant she needed a professional and polished backdrop to her many video calls that have become the new normal. She also requested a space that she could meditate and do yoga in, relax in at various times of the day, socialize in with her husband or friends and lastly could still function as a guest bedroom a few times a year when needed.

We were successful in achieving all of these functions in one room through thoughtful consideration of how the client would interact with the space. Light, moveable nesting coffee tables, a queen mattress embedded into the sofa, and many other details create a multi-functional space that feels great to spend time in all day long.
